The BENCHMARK BMK3.0LN Hydronic Boiler is an extremely compact, full condensing, full modulating, high efficiency, Low NOx, modular design.
	MODULATION
	From 200,000 BTU/hr. to its full fire input capacity of 3 million BTU/hr., the BMK3.0LN precisely matches fluctuating loads. This incredible range of operation minimizes boiler cycling and eliminates wasteful temperature overshoot. And the operating efficiency of the BMK3.0LN boiler actually increases as the load decreases. In simple terms, at its lowest firing rates (or BTU/hr. inputs), the unit's heat exchanger becomes greatly oversized in proportion to the load - allowing much greater thermal transfer to take place. The means that the BMK3.0LN saves the most energy during part load operations that characterize the majority of the heating season.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY	COMPACT DESIGN
The BENCHMARK delievers Seasonal Efficiencies as high as 95%. The boiler is capable of efficiencies that are 30-40% higher than 88-95% AFUE rated boilers.	BENCHMARK BMK3.0LN boilers are 28" wide by 64" deep and are UL LISTED for "0" sidewall clearance on one side. This means that 6.0 MBTU can be installed in a space that measures 56" by 64". With new construction, it is possible for the cost of the space saved to be greater than the cost of the boilers
